I love shake shack, and often times when I crave a burger this is my go-to place at the mall. I love how I can order through their app and easily pick it up. They also have great outdoor seating when the weather is nice. I get their original simple shack burger and I add in regular fries and a napoleon shake. I usually grab a pack of salt to season my fries. Delicious and leaves me very full!
I recently visited Shake Shack with my husband, mom, and kids, and we were blown away by the amazing customer service we received! Natasha went above and beyond, treating us like family from the moment we walked in. She has the perfect personality for this job--warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It felt like she was personally invested in making sure our experience was fantastic. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cayah, the cashier, who was incredibly sweet. She made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and positive attitude that made our visit even better. We will absolutely be returning to this location because of these two wonderful employees. Staff and management here were really friendly and professional. Burgers were good Not a fan of the ice tea with lemonade because it was a little sour. Fries were okay, prefer them without the cheese.
First time visit and it was a pleasant surprise. Ordering is done electronically via kiosk which has a user friendly menu. The hamburger, cheese burger, fries and root beer float were all of top quality. Three problems: 1. Did not find a way to add condiments or toppings to the burgers via the kiosk. 2. Music was a little loud. 3. Parking is a challenge. It was still a great experience and we plan on returning.
